1. Booking Confirmation
When you book a tour with LeagueLandscape LLC, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your tour and payment. This email serves as a confirmation of your reservation. Once confirmed, we will begin preparing for your adventure.
2. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus a processing fee of $50.
15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
Please note that the refund will be processed back to the original payment method, and it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
3. Cancellation by LeagueLandscape LLC
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other factors beyond our control), we will offer you the following options:
Full Refund: If the tour is canceled entirely, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or total payment.
Reschedule: If the tour is rescheduled, you will have the option to either transfer your booking to the new dates or cancel for a full refund.
If the rescheduled dates do not work for you, we will issue a full refund.
4. Partial Refunds for Altered Tours
If there are changes to the itinerary during your tour (such as a change in the destination due to weather or other factors), we will do our best to offer alternatives. If we are unable to provide a suitable substitute, we will offer a partial refund based on the changes made.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
Processing Fees: Any service fees or charges related to booking or payment processing are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: If you choose to purchase travel insurance, please refer to the provider’s policy for their refund terms.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your booking details and reason for the cancellation.
Review: Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a refund based on our policy.
Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund and notify you once it has been issued.
7. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
If the traveler does not show up for the tour at the specified time or location.
If the traveler voluntarily abandons the tour or part of the tour for any reason after the tour has started.
If the traveler fails to meet the required criteria for the tour, such as physical ability or necessary documents.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against any unexpected cancellations or disruptions to your plans. Travel insurance can help cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or interruptions.
9. Changes to This Policy
LeagueLandscape LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
